How does a good day at Arcplace start for you?

With a fresh, friendly and cheerful "Good morning" from my colleagues.

What do you like particularly about your work?

That no two days are the same. My work is very varied. I can contribute new ideas and use my creativity and am confronted with new challenges.

How do you unwind after a day at work?

I meet with family and friends, sing in our cover band "Adrenalina", read a book or simply put my feet up in front of the television.

… I find my work fun, I find our portfolio exciting and – very importantly – the team here is really cool. There has never been a day when I haven’t laughed once.

Whom would you like to meet in person and why?

Mary Louise Streep – known as Meryl Streep. She is a fantastic and extremely versatile actress. She masters whatever role she takes up. I imagine that she is a very pleasant and down-to-earth person in private, with whom a good conversation would be possible.

What drives you mad?

Dishonesty and hypocrisy. I am a person who says what she thinks, even if it is sometimes unpleasant for both parties. I also prefer hearing positive and negative feedback directly.

Which three things would you take with you to a deserted island?

A box of matches, a Leatherman and a large packet of astronaut’s food.

What couldn’t you do without?

My family, friends and chocolate.
