How the Invoice Hub works

Invoice receipt
Invoices arrive as paper, PDF, or e-invoices. They are scanned by Arcplace, received from an email, or directly accepted via the PostFinance or Basware network.
Data extraction with AI
Artificial intelligence automatically recognizes vendors, amounts, IBANs, payment terms, and other relevant data. Using master data significantly increases recognition accuracy.
Validation
Data that cannot be clearly extracted is manually verified – either by Arcplace experts or by your internal team.
Data transfer
The invoice image in PDF format and structured data (e.g., in XML format) are seamlessly transferred to your ERP system and/or existing accounts payable workflow.
Analysis and reporting
Through the myArcplace customer portal, you get access to up-to-date statistics, KPIs, and processing statuses – for full transparency and control.
