Arcplace is getting ready for new challenges

Arcplace, the Swiss specialist in digital document and data management, is continuing on its course of growth and redesigning its organization structure in order to be able to better meet growing demand and new customer requirements. All current operating units will be combined into a new business area called "Operations" led by Oliver Weber. At the same time, Arcplace is significantly expanding the IT Consulting Team and Service Portfolio.

With this strategic reorganization, Arcplace is getting ready for further growth. The aim of this reorganization is to adjust resources, processes and structures to the increased customer portfolio and the new market challenges of the digital transformation.

Doubling the number of IT Consultants and Service Specialists

Arcplace plans to double the strength of the team in order to comprehensively support customers in realizing projects related to automating and digitalizing processes. Oliver Weber, Head of Operations at Arcplace: "With the re-organization we are setting a broad and stable basis so we can implement innovative, cutting-edge and cost-effective complete solutions for our customers. The digitalization and networking of data realised by our projects forms the foundation for further automation of operations and processes and allows the simultaneous introduction of new, efficient service models. The trend is clearly moving in the direction of an end-to-end service provider for digital solutions. In the near future, we will bring other attractive sector- and industry-specific solutions to the market in this area."
