Email archiving solution from Arcplace wins out

To be able to offer its customers efficient email archiving, Inventx evaluated a range of suitable technologies and, following extensive in-house testing, opted for the solution from Arcplace AG in Zurich. Arcplace’s email archiving solution comprises an archiving application and an archive store, and integrates seamlessly with existing email systems, such as Microsoft Exchange. Emails are archived fully automatically or manually, and can be viewed or searched for content at any time afterwards. Regular exports of emails to the archive store significantly boost the performance of the respective email system. Additionally, emails can be archived in accordance with the law, satisfying compliance requirements such as those issued by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). High-performance search and filter options give customers fast and reliable access to the information they want. Archive data is stored in the highly secure and geo-redundant Inventx datacenters in Switzerland.

Given the excellent cooperation and completely fulfilled project requirements, Inventx and Arcplace have agreed to enter into a strategic partnership.
