Professional services firm EY Switzerland (Ernst & Young) has commissioned Arcplace to digitize and automate its documentation processes. With the support of Arcplace, EY will introduce a state-of-the-art ECM system with BPM (Business Process Management) capabilities for 2,600 employees at 11 locations in Switzerland and Liechtenstein in the coming years.
It is not only in Switzerland that EY is undergoing a digital transformation, it is also making the switchover globally. EY’s search for an expert provider, one who could set up a new document management system for the auditing and consulting firm in Switzerland as well as streamlining and supporting its existing business processes using workflow technology, led it to Arcplace. Strict legal and compliance requirements, requiring a secure, auditable and local solution, were also considered in the selection process.
Stefan Häni, Project Manager at EY: "We were looking for a digital solution with which we can centrally administer EY Switzerland’s entire document management in an efficient, legally compliant and secure way. As a local provider with strong references and sustainable technology, Arcplace fully meets our requirements. Together we will implement the solution step by step and then continue its development to meet the needs of a constantly changing environment."
"We are proud that EY Switzerland has chosen us and that we can support this renowned company with its digital transformation. In close cooperation with our technology partner Hyland Software, we are able to implement a solution for EY that meets all requirements," explains Robbert Spierings, Arcplace CEO.
