Electronic Property Dossiers

The keeping of dossiers is also an essential part of the management and administration of assets, buildings and installations for property owners or property managers. It is essential that the property dossiers can be retrieved in full, quickly and at any time, including when out of the office. Certain documents must often still be available many years later, and the way they are stored must comply with legal requirements.

Owner's details, land register extract, buildings maintenance, construction plans, conversions, correspondence, account statements or circulars – these and many other documents are stored and managed in property dossiers.
