Thanks to Arcplace’s solution, the Romandie-based property management company Régie du Rhône is taking a big step forward and will be able to manage all of its property dossiers in an even more effective manner. Whether with respect to a building, tenant, owner or any commercial partner, document classification takes place automatically and searches are facilitated. Furthermore, every employee will be able to generate all outgoing mail using this new solution OnBase by Hyland. Moreover, the system guarantees the compliant and secure archiving of dossiers.
To increase efficiency, the new solution will be integrated into property management software and will enhance the quality of dossiers. In addition, all employees will benefit from simple, user-friendly access to all dossiers. Following the implementation of electronic dossiers management, other processes, including the handling of supplier invoices and incoming mail, will likewise be optimized.
After the implementation of electronic dossier management, the company plans to further optimize further processes, for example the processing of supplier invoices or the introduction of a digital mailroom.
