New Head Scan & BPO Center at Arcplace
Arcplace’s Scan & BPO Center in Glattbrugg gained additional reinforcement as of 1 September 2021. In the shape of Philipp Rebsamen as the new Head Scan & BPO Center and as a member of the extended Management Board, the company has been able to acquire an experienced manager with a great deal of expertise in Input Management.
As Head Scan & BPO Center, Philipp Rebsamen is responsible for all of Arcplace’s Scan & Capture Services as well as BPO business. The focus of his work will be to further professionalize as well as develop new customer acquisition, which will support the growth strategy that is being pursued.

About Philipp Rebsamen
Before Philipp Rebsamen joined Arcplace, he had worked for Swiss Post Solutions AG for over 13 years. During this time, he was responsible for the Operation Centers in the Document Input Management unit within Switzerland. Between 2016 and 2018 he was also able to successfully expand his project management knowledge. He possesses many years of experience in the areas of document processing, outsourcing projects and people management.
Philipp Rebsamen has a qualification from a college of higher education in business and project management. He is 46 years old and lives with his family in Auw, a rural community in the canton of Aargau. He enjoys spending his free time with his family in the mountains, where he participates in endurance sports such as running, biking and cross-country skiing.
