CA next bank digitizes its back-office processes with Arcplace

Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA is a Swiss retail bank belonging to one of Europe’s leading groups. In operation in Switzerland for almost 20 years, it offers banking solutions tailored to the essential needs of an active, mobile clientele: simplifying day-to-day management, carrying out real-estate projects and proactively preparing for the transition to retirement. The bank has chosen Arcplace as its partner for implementing the digital transformation of back-office processes, in particular account opening, document management and personnel dossiers.

Historically, the bank has always scanned customer and credit dossiers once processing was complete. The entire process remained mainly paper-based and physical files shuttled between the different departments, making it difficult to optimize processing times.

Faster processes and improved quality service for customers

Arcplace has implemented an ECM solution based on OnBase by Hyland Software. The history of scanned documents has been migrated to the new platform, ensuring compliance with archiving requirements. In addition, all paper now arriving at the bank is scanned and undergoes fully automated processes integrated into the existing ecosystem. Documents are available immediately and processing is accelerated. This easy access to information ensures faster and better quality service to the bank's customers.

"Thanks to the work of all the Crédit Agricole next bank teams, professional support from Arcplace and the OnBase platform, the bank’s back-office processes are now accelerated and more secure, at the service of our customers", explains Maxime Charton, Innovation & Digital Evolution Manager, Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA.
