Avaloq Outline and Arcplace enter into a Partnership
Output management specialist Avaloq Outline and Arcplace, a Swiss IT service provider in the field of document and data management, have entered into a strategic partnership. With the new collaboration in the field of input management and enterprise content management, Avaloq Outline is expanding its portfolio and is now able to provide its customers with a more comprehensive offering.
Avaloq Outline AG, a subsidiary of the Avaloq Group, offers customers comprehensive customer communication management (CCM) solutions. Data from banks, energy utilities, credit card and telecommunications companies, retailers, real estate companies, publishers, insurance companies and health insurance funds are processed in such a way that they can be received in a customer-friendly form through any channel.
Due to the increasing demand for services in the fields of scan & capture, workflow and archiving, Avaloq Outline has now supplemented its offering with input services, for which Arcplace is a competent partner. The partnership enables Avaloq Outline to combine the input management and ECM services of Arcplace in its portfolio and offer customers an integrated solution.
"Previously, we focused solely on the output business. Until now, our portfolio did not contain any services in the subsequent input area. With the new partnership with Arcplace, we have supplemented our service offering and are now able to serve our customers more comprehensively," explains Christian Maurer, Head of Markets & Clients at Avaloq Outline. "The collaboration is a clear win-win situation, as our portfolios effectively complement each other. I am confident that thanks to the partnership, both sides will benefit from significant synergies," says Maurer.
Robbert Spierings, CEO of Arcplace, adds: "We are pleased to have entered a strategic partnership with Avaloq Outline. Arcplace is eager to enable the customers of Avaloq Outline to use the digitization possibilities of capture and ECM technologies. Typical areas in which these technologies can be used include the digitization of incoming mail and the automation of document-related processes."
