With the Arcplace solution, restaurants that belong to Fredy Wiesner Gastronomie will be able to manage their personnel files electronically. The personnel documents will be scanned and the system ensures the legally compliant and secure storage of the files. To increase the efficiency, a connection to the existing personnel management system will be implemented. With this new solution the quality of the personnel files can be improved. In addition, users in the Support Office as well as in the restaurants benefit from a simple and user friendly access to the files. After the implementation of electronic files, other processes, such as vendor invoice processing, will be digitized.
