Arcplace reinforces its Management
Michael Niederjohann and Joachim Aschoff join the management at Arcplace as new members.
The management at Arcplace has been strengthened since June. Alongside CEO Robbert Spierings and Dominic Wullschleger, Head of Sales & Marketing, the management team is now also being supported by Michael Niederjohann and Joachim Aschoff.
Michael Niederjohann, Head of Scan & BPO Center
Before Michael Niederjohann joined Arcplace in August 2016, he was Competence Center Lead for six years, responsible for all input, output and ECM systems at one of the most successful credit card companies in Switzerland. As Head of Scan & BPO Center he is responsible for all of Arcplace’s scan & capture services and BPO business. The focus of his work will be the strategic development of multi-channel capture and "added value" BPO services.
Joachim Aschoff, Head of Operations
In Joachim Aschoff the company has gained a man with many years’ experience acquired across various industries in his roles as CIO, COO, Managing Director, Project Manager and Interim Manager. Aschoff has been supporting Arcplace since 2012 as an independent consultant in various projects. Following the successful launch of the Operations Business in 2016, Joachim Aschoff now takes on the internal role of Head of Operations. His predecessor, Oliver Weber, will leave Arcplace at the end of July to take on new challenges.
