Arcplace and Yokoy form partnership

Arcplace is forging a new partnership with emerging Swiss fintech company Yokoy. The innovative startup's Spend Management tools will further expand Arcplace’s Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) portfolio. In turn, this will allow customers to benefit from a fully automated, artificial intelligence-based expense management solution.

Management of expenses in seconds

Yokoy automates expenses, billing and credit card management using artificial intelligence. The expenses tool learns autonomously by analysing all available proofs of purchase, meaning it can fill out expense forms automatically. Even handwritten notes on documents can be recognized and included. From photographing a proof-of-purchase and correctly posting it in the ERP system to reimbursing the employee, the whole process is completed in a few seconds. The finance team now only has to deal with special cases.

The tool also boasts stable integration with existing peripheral systems, an intuitive user platform and the Yokoy app, which allows users to easily complete all tasks on-the-go.

Another step towards a modern, digital working environment

Arcplace's goal is to digitize and automate all document-based processes for its customers. Its existing solutions in the areas of Input Management, Enterprise Content Management and Invoice Processing / P2P have so far covered the majority of customer requirements. Yokoy closes the gap for Spend Management, and thus perfectly complements the existing Arcplace portfolio.

Robbert Spierings, Founder & CEO of Arcplace: "We’re very pleased to have found a Swiss-developed solution in Yokoy that will allow us to further expand our products range for our clients' finance departments."
