Arcplace and Parashift bring Swarm Learning to Input Management

Parashift, a provider of advanced machine learning-based software for extracting data from documents, is partnering with Arcplace, a leading Swiss IT service provider for document management and archiving. This new partnership will allow companies of different sizes and various industries to obtain access to unique document extraction technologies. When combined with Arcplace's local validation services in Switzerland, these technologies enable end-to-end automation of Input Management.

The combination of Arcplace's Input Management services and expertise with Parashift's Intelligent Document Processing platform increases the speed and quality with which new digitization projects can be implemented. "The flexible and automatic classification of small- and high-volume document types as well as extraction of workflow-relevant data combined with the possibility to have important data points manually validated by Arcplace in Switzerland is unique," explains Mattia Rüfenacht, Head Business Development at Parashift. "The potential applications range from invoice and incoming mail processing to the digitization of archives."

Parashift complements Arcplace's solutions and services with its proprietary Document Swarm Learning technology that learns across document types, customers and industries enabling versatile out-of-the-box features. Companies benefit from access to flexible and high-performance extraction capabilities that allow them to cost-effectively integrate document data into IT systems and business processes. This results in significant cost savings and fundamentally new opportunities for operating digitized business models.

"The combination of Arcplace's expertise and solutions with Parashift's technology is a game-changer for the manner in which businesses work with documents. As the number of documents circulating increases with digitization, a high degree of processing automation is essential. This partnership will allow us to accelerate the adaptation of solution approaches and lay the foundation for the continued digital transformation of companies," says Alain Veuve, CEO of Parashift.

"The need to process documents quickly, easily and cost-effectively has become an integral part of every organisation's digitization strategy. To meet this need, Parashift is developing technologies that are unparalleled in the industry and have the potential to forever change Input Management," adds Roger Egli, Solution Owner Input Management at Arcplace.
