Behind the solutions and services of Arcplace stands an experienced and highly qualified management team. Team members have been directly involved in building and running successful technology companies and managed IT projects and outsourcing services both nationally and internationally.

Robbert Spierings

Managing Director

Before founding Arcplace, Robbert Spierings was in the management team of Celeris, an IT security company which was sold to Swisscom Solutions in 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Spierings was General Manager of a mobile start-up, Head of Product Management at MCI WorldCom in Zurich and Senior Product Line Manager at Nortel Networks in Paris. Mr. Spierings graduated at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, and did an Executive MBA at Ashridge Management College in Berkhamsted, UK.

Nikos Bachzetsis

Manager Archiving and Backup Solutions

Nikos Bachzetsis is responsible for Archiving and Backup Solutions at Arcplace. He possesses a longstanding experience in expertise areas such as system engineering, security and outsourcing as well as in the operation of IT infrastructures. Prior to Arcplace Nikos Bachzetsis was Director and an Executive Management Member of an IT Service Provider. Nikos Bachzetsis holds engineering degrees as ‘Techniker TS Fachrichtung Informatik’ and Engineer EurEta (European Higher Engineering and Technical Professionals Association).

Silvio Schenker

Manager ECM Solutions

At Arcplace Silvio Schenker is responsible for the consulting and implementation of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions with a focus on Scanning, Capturing and Archiving. After several years of experience with Arcplace Mr. Schenker was appointed Head of the Arcplace ECM Professional Services Team. Silvio Schenker is a graduated FH Dipl. Ing. in Communications and Computer Engineering.

Roger Wespi

Manager Scanning Services

Roger Wespi is responsible for the Arcplace Scanning Services. He coordinates the Arcplace scanning center and advises clients in the field of process optimization and automated data capture. Mr. Wespi managed scanning activities in prior positions, implemented scanning projects and supported customers to automate their processes. He holds a diploma as Technicians TS at the Zuger Techniker- und Informatiker-Schule and continued his education with a post-graduate course in leadership at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft Luzern.
